Tanks: Medium hardness steel is used to manufacture transformer tanks and caps, with various cooling surface options. Radiator groups and wave wall panels are employed for efficient cooling.

Painting: The pouring paint method is used to paint the completed tanks with various thickness. Different structures and color codes are available based on customer requests.

Drying and Oil Filling: Active parts are dried inside high vacuum furnaces, followed by oil filling under absolute vacuum for optimal performance.

Accessories: Our transformers come with essential accessories such as oil level indicators, dehumidifiers, oil temperature indicators, Buchholz relays, and hermetic protection relays, ensuring operational safety.
